Set up for book fair (add 3 more hours)

Bagels & muffins fresh from Big Apple Bagels for the teachers as they make their classroom wish lists. It took 3 hours to set up. When I did this last year with Kris, who has been setting up book fairs for over 6 years, she could get it done in an hour. (I think she had a magic wand up her sleeve).
