They were playing a game - clues leading to the treasure (a big bag of candy). I have to say - Justin reads very, VERY well. I had a chance to listen to all the kids reading clues. Though they all stagger over words and are still sounding them out which is probably age appropriate, Justin breezes through words just by glancing. He's read condensed versions of Robin Hood and White Fang in 2 days flat. They each have about 150 pages. The best part is he comprehends what he reads, too.
