This pic and the five below are of my wonderful kitchen. I love my red wall and cannot wait to paint the rest of the kitchen! From one of the views below you can see into the living room and the doorway to the dining room. From the dining room is another door into the living room. Now, the door to the left of the fridge is actually to the room we're using as the computer room and it and the living room are one big rectangle. I love the stars on the lower wall - although, I'm the only one. What do you think?
I adore my bedroom. It's huge! Plus, I love the ?victorian? feel of it. I love the drapes and the old, old wallpaper. The style of the furniture makes me feel rich and sort of - moved back in time. I have another very old image I won off of eBay that I'm going to frame and hang over Sky's nightstand. But, I'm holding off until I can find the right, heavy, old looking frame that fits the room. Eventually, we're going to buy the armoir to use as our TV stand. I don't know if we'll buy the top and bottom or just the bottom. It's really tall - like the dresser - nearly hits the ceiling.
Just a couple pic's of Justin's and Tyler's room. Anymore on their room will be done very last - because I will eventually get the pink carpet out. Poor boys! Anyway, you can see just how spacious their room is. Keep in mind that's a double on double bunk bed. All their toys are in bins under the bed - very deep and, of course, each bin has specific toys: army, yu-gi-oh, art, action figures, etc. Even though it's put away - I know what's under there. And, if it isn't sorted - it'll bug me enlessly!
Pictures of Joshua's room. You can see it's roomy and has a fairly large closet - I'll eventually get the doors painted and replaced. I have one done - three more to go - even with primer - I'm having to do 3 coats. Anyway, I'm not so fond of the light blue with the bold yellow. I feel like I need to paint a dark blue stripe in the corners where the two colors meet. Right now there's just too much of a contrast between light and bold. I love the way his chest of drawers turned out, though. Do I paint the knobs dark blue, yellow, red, or white????
